Prudential Select Properties was founded in March 2002 when Dan Bitza, Deb Colburn, Sharon Huber, Angie Ignatowski and Maryann Vitale left their previous company to build a new locally owned and operated real estate firm. They chose to affiliate with Prudential Real Estate because of its name recognition and its vast relocation network.  “We envisioned a company that not only kept business local but offered our agents the best training, support and technology available in an environment of truth and integrity,” says Dan Bitza. “We dared to establish an innovative company without the fees other companies charge our agents, clients and customers.”

Many dissatisfied who were with their companies agents followed them, seeing the unique opportunity in Prudential Select Properties to keep their business local and reenergize themselves with an excited ownership team. Prudential Select Properties has come a long way in the past four years. Today we operate twelve offices across the bi-state area, and we continue to grow.
